Scooter Restorations latest remade parts include an extra large lower fork link buffer like those fitted to the Lambretta Series 3 TV175, TV200 and SX200 brake disc models. At 25mm tall, they are 5mm higher than the original. You’ll need two which will cost £6 for the pair.
Next up is a set of brass gear/clutch trunnions for most Lambrettas. Each set has one long and one short gear trunnion, plus a short clutch trunnion too. These are made from brass like the Innocenti originals with a little disc inside to protect the inner cable from fraying. Cost is £4.50 a set including a 3.5mm Allen key.
