It may have almost all signs of its Italian origins removed but this Allstate is a bona fide Piaggio product. Retrospective Scooters gave us access to the refurbishment of this beautiful little Allstate. No welding, no blow overs that’s an all original factory finish and we think you’ll agree that it’s simply bellissimo!
