The Cortina gearbox was created to meet the demands of sports and touring Lambretta rider alike. It’s a close ratio gearbox, designed to be fitted using a large front sprocket, in order to minimise clutch wear and slippage.
Having undergone tests of endurance and reliability Cortina recommend these gearboxes for use in medium-high power engine units. The kit consists of main-shaft cluster, four loose gears and shims (main shaft 10 12 15 17; loose gear 50 41 38 36). Price is €370.
